Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain appropriate stock.
• Conduct inventory audits; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or unaccounted items.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Communicate with management, suppliers, and logistics teams.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback; support hiring and termination processes.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ relative experience, with at least one year’s experience as a people manager.
• Solid organizational and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi‑task and prioritization skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
