Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain appropriate stock.
- Conduct inventory audits; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or unaccounted items.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Communicate with management, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback; support hiring and termination processes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years’ relative experience, with at least one year’s experience as a people manager.
- Solid organizational and supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multi‑task and prioritization skills.
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
