Forklift Operator

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Forklift Operator for a distribution company located in Pflugerville, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by handling, preparing, and shipping materials with care and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a team‑oriented environment and is looking for the potential to grow into a full‑time position.

• Loading and unloading materials.
• Restocking shelves and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Loading and unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift.
• Wrapping pallets by hand with shrink wrap for shipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
• Using a handheld scanner to locate and verify parts (training provided).

• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials on a consistent basis.
• Comfortable working on your feet and in varying warehouse conditions.
• Sit‑down & stand up forklift experience required.
• Experience with pulling orders, shipping & receiving.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience a plus (but not required).

• Pay: $18-$20/hour starting pay with opportunity for increased hours.
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
