Are you a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper looking for a dynamic work environment? We’re seeking a skilled professional to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support daily financial operations. What You’ll Do:- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Accurately record all financial transactions in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines
- Review revenue and expenditure accounts as needed
- Generate and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
- Monitor daily cash reports and financial data to detect discrepancies
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll using Quick Books Online
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Support accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
- Provide financial insights and guidance to department heads
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Perform additional accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed
- 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
- Experience managing multi-company accounting (preferred)
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Quick Books (1 year required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines
