Collision Estimator

Job Summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules and company standards.

• At least 2 years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy
• Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser license

• Physical ability to perform consistent activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Capacity to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
