Overview

The Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of the organization to external clients. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service through daily interactions with clients while creating value for the organization and for our clients. The associate will proactively enhance company acceptance and branding in the market while applying best practices during transactions and services provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with customers in person or by phone.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Analyze customer needs, advise on rates, and make recommendations.
  • Gather key information to find solutions for customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Manage large amounts of cash transactions.
  • Collaborate as a team player and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Apply current procedural knowledge to meet compliance guideline standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in Spanish and at least basic English communication.
  • Computer keyboard and mouse proficiency.
  • Detail oriented in reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The position requires an office environment or an open sales floor or supermarket customer service booth. The noise level in commercial locations is moderate. Physical tasks include frequent sitting, operating computers, phone, and calculator, hand manipulation, occasional standing, walking, bending, and carrying up to 20 lbs. Extended sitting hours and cleaning/organizing are also required.
