Well Med, part of the Optum family, seeks a Primary Care Physician for Pharr, TX, working with a strong clinical support team and collaborating with PCPs, hospitalists, and subspecialists to deliver high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.
Clinics see 14–16 patients daily with 30-minute visits. Base salary plus annual Quality Incentive target of $50,000, plus 160 hours of PTO, 5 CME days, and 8 national holidays. Autonomy within a supportive national health care organization.
