Operational Technology Compliance Engineer

Constellation Energy seeks an Operational Technology Compliance Engineer to ensure secure, compliant operation of critical energy infrastructure. In this role, you will design and maintain OT cybersecurity and compliance controls across SCADA, ICS, and related systems, aligning with NERC CIP and other industry standards. You will assess risk, perform gap analyses, lead audits, and coordinate remediation with operations and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain OT compliance controls for SCADA/ICS environments
• Interpret and apply NERC CIP and related regulatory requirements to OT systems
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and vulnerability reviews of OT networks
• Prepare for and support internal and external compliance and cybersecurity audits
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and technical standards for OT security
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and security teams on remediation and hardening
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on compliance impacts
• Support incident response activities related to OT systems and infrastructure
• Create documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories for OT environments
• Provide training and guidance to operations staff on OT compliance practices
