What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all staff, budgets, and operations of our local Burger King, ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities include formulating an overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
  • A minimum of 2 years of General Management experience, currently, in the QSR industry is required.
  • MSc/MA in Business or relevant field, preferred.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends):
    The expectation is to work at least 2 Sundays, two mid-shifts (11 am
    -9 pm), and one closing shift (3 pm – 12 am) per month.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
