Job Description

As an Assembly Operator, you’ll help put together and prepare our products so they’re ready to ship. Your daily work may include:

• Packing and boxing finished parts
• Cleaning tools and your work area
• Using simple hand tools (staple gun, tape measure, glue gun, etc.)
• Inspecting parts to make sure they meet quality standards
• Working with your team to keep production safe and efficient

• Stable, full-time work with consistent hours

• Training provided — no experience required

• GED or High School Diploma
• 18 years or older
• Able to communicate and follow instructions
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, teamwork and lean mindset
• Must pass drug test & background check

Como Operador(a) de Ensamblaje, ayudarás a preparar y armar nuestros productos para su envío. Tu trabajo diario puede incluir:

• Empacar y encajonar piezas terminadas
• Limpiar herramientas y tu área de trabajo
• Usar herramientas manuales simples (pistola de grapas, cinta métrica, pistola de pegamento, etc.)
• Inspeccionar piezas para asegurar calidad
• Trabajar en equipo para mantener una producción segura y eficiente

• Uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras ocasionalmente

• Área de trabajo tipo almacén (sin clima controlado)
• Temperaturas frías o calientes según la temporada
• Trabajo alrededor de maquinaria y objetos en movimiento

• Standing and walking throughout the shift
• Reaching, grabbing, pushing, and lifting
• Using hand and power tools
• Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

• Warehouse-style setting (not climate controlled)
• Hot or cold temperatures depending on the season
• Working around moving equipment
