Shipping Associate - Pharr

Days (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) & OT

Full‑time Monday to Friday, some Saturdays

• Preparing finished cabinets for shipping by stacking and palletizing accurately and safely
• Moving products through the shipping area using manual and powered equipment
• Supporting the team to meet daily schedules for on‑time and complete deliveries
• Following quality and safety standards at all times
• Keeping the shipping area organized, efficient, and ready for action

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy products and being on your feet all day
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and safety‑focused
• Experience in shipping, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus; training provided

• The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
• Must be 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.;
• The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10‑12 hours).

• Preparar gabinetes terminados para envío, apilando y paletizando los productos de manera precisa y segura
• Mover productos dentro del área de envíos usando equipo manual y motorizado
• Apoyar al equipo para cumplir con los horarios diarios y asegurar entregas completas y a tiempo
• Seguir los estándares de calidad y seguridad en todo momento
• Mantener el área de envíos organizada, eficiente y lista para operar

• Buena condición física y comodidad para levantar productos pesados y permanecer de pie todo el día

• Persona confiable, organizada y enfocada en la seguridad
• Experiencia en envíos, almacén o manufactura es un plus; capacitamos a la persona adecuada

• Capacidad para leer medidas, trabajar con ellas o realizar cálculos numéricos.
• Debe tener 18 años de edad y contar con transporte confiable.
• Se prefiere experiencia previa trabajando en un almacén o entorno de manufactura.
• Capacidad para levantar, agacharse, empujar, jalar y mover materiales de hasta 50 libras;
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie o caminar durante todo el turno (hasta 10–12 horas).
