Job Description

Master Brand - General Assembly with Opportunity to Certificate as a Forklift

What You'll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you'll help put together and prepare our products so they're ready to ship. Your daily work may include:

* Packing and boxing finished parts

* Cleaning tools and your work area

* Using simple hand tools (staple gun, tape measure, glue gun, etc.)

* Inspecting parts to make sure they meet quality standards

* Working with your team to keep production safe and efficient

What We're Looking For

* GED or High School Diploma

* 18 years or older

* Able to communicate and follow instructions

* Comfortable using basic hand tools

* Can work in a fast-paced environment

* Positive attitude, teamwork and lean mindset

* Must pass drug test & background check

* Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras ocasionalmente

Ambiente de Trabajo

* Área de trabajo tipo almacén (sin clima controlado)

* Temperaturas frías o calientes según la temporada

* Trabajo alrededor de maquinaria y objetos en movimiento

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

* Standing and walking throughout the shift

* Reaching, grabbing, pushing, and lifting

* Using hand and power tools

* Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

* Warehouse-style setting (not climate controlled)

* Hot or cold temperatures depending on the season

* Working around moving equipment
