Sets up the batter table, collects all necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix;
Starts fryers, maintains shortening levels and filters/frys as per safety guidelines;
Cooks and prepares chicken according to specifications and holding times;
Maintains clean work area and ensures proper stock at batter area;
Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
