Building Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities / Operations department supporting property management and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Pharr, TX

Pay Range: $11.00

Shift: Monday through Friday 8-630PM

What's the Job?

• Perform general maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and minor HVAC tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, doors, locks, lighting, flooring, and hardware
• Maintain building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in building maintenance, handyman work, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or manuals as needed
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
