Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing a safe environment for all pool patrons and swimmers in the pool and deck area.

Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED in English or current PSJA ISD high school student

Qualifications:

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to attain within 7 days of hire.
• Strong swimmer
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Minimum age requirement of sixteen years

Experience: Lifeguard experience (preferred)
