Location:

Pharr, TX (100% Onsite) Duration: 3 Months Contract (Temp to Hire) Pay rate: $15.27 per hour on W2 Shift: Thursday - Saturday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site. Reads work order or follows verbal instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Perform all warehouse duties related to receiving, shipping, and storing products as directed in designated Shipping orders.
• Identifies and transports requested materials to and from various locations including, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
• Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
• Uses protective materials and strapping equipment to protect and secure loads.
• Manages and piles drums, skids, pallets, and other supplies in specified areas.
• Assist in various cycle counting and taking of inventories
• Applies to understanding machine loading capacity and schedule, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of required items.
• Follow all standard operating policies and department/site guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable policies, practices, and regulatory requirements (OSHA).
• Perform all housekeeping tasks necessary to keep work areas clean and safe. Performs other related duties as requested.

• Ability to safely handle power lift trucks, equipment, and other warehouse equipment.
• Good math and written communication skills.
• Exercise responsibility for preventing loss or damage to equipment
• We require candidates with verified Powered Industrial Truck (Sit Down Forklift) experience. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
• A practical evaluation will be administered prior to hiring to ensure safety and competency.

• Clamp lift truck experience and RF scanner proficiency.
