Position Overview
Our office is looking for an experienced insurance coordinator to join our high paced dental office in Phenix City, AL.
ResponsibilitiesPosting all insurance check payments, working insurance aging report as well as patient aging report, posting all EFT, VA, Medicaid and Medicare payments, running the end of day/month reports. You must be able to work independently and knowledge with Practice Works is a must.
Skills- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
