Metanoia Training and Consulting is expanding its network of Alabama-based independent professionals with strong workforce development and organizational capacity-building experience. This is a confidential, project-based consulting opportunity. Client, program, commercial, and engagement-specific details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates after an initial fit and confidentiality review.

• Workforce-system and provider capacity assessments
• Practical improvement plans, workflows, SOPs, toolkits, and implementation support
• Training, facilitation, coaching, and cross-organization learning
• Employer and community stakeholder engagement
• Performance measurement, data quality, reporting, accessibility, and compliance support
• Selected hybrid and in-person activities in Alabama

• 7+ years of relevant experience in workforce development, technical assistance, organizational development, adult learning, program implementation, evaluation, or related fields
• Demonstrated knowledge of Alabama’s workforce ecosystem, such as workforce boards, American Job Centers, community-based providers, education and training partners, employers, apprenticeships, sector partnerships, or publicly funded workforce programs
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, analytical, and professional writing skills
• Ability to translate assessments into practical tools and measurable improvements
• Availability for periodic hybrid or in-person work in Alabama
• Legally authorized to provide professional services in the United States
