Quality Manager – Construction Materials Testing

• Lead and coordinate construction materials testing projects from initiation through completion
• Manage the full project life cycle within established scope, schedule, and budget
• Oversee laboratory and field-testing operations
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary liaison between clients and contractors
• Serve as the Project Owner’s Onsite CSA Quality Manager and Owner’s Representative
• Oversee contractor and third-party testing agency quality control and quality assurance practices
• Perform CSA-related inspections
• Review inspection and testing reports for compliance with applicable codes and specifications
• Organize and lead regular project meetings
• Maintain the project quality health tracking dashboard
• Provide weekly correspondence to clients regarding project progress and significant quality events
• Secure appropriate resources for all project phases
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Foster strong client relationships to support future business opportunities
• Support the professional development of the team

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or a related area preferred
• Minimum of five years of project experience within an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities
• Deep understanding of Construction Quality Management and industry-standard construction practices
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• High level of organization, leadership, and negotiation skills
