Dave Jones is seeking a QA Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for General Contractors and Builder customers in the Quality Assurance segment. You will provide accurate information about services, assist with requests, and help resolve issues while maintaining detailed records.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an hourly wage between $23.00 and $26.00 based on experience. Health insurance, 401k, and other benefits are included.
