Birthday Party Coordinator

Eastern Shore Lanes – Spanish Fort, Alabama

Eastern Shore Lanes is looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Birthday Party Coordinator to help create memorable celebrations for our guests.

The Birthday Party Coordinator will manage parties from the reservation and planning stages through the day of the event. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a busy entertainment environment.

• Communicate with parents before each party to confirm packages, food, attractions, guest counts, and special requests
• Prepare party schedules and ensure rooms, tables, supplies, and decorations are ready
• Greet party families and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Coordinate bowling, arcade play, attractions, food service, and cake timing
• Give clear direction to party hosts and other team members
• Keep parties organized, on schedule, and properly staffed
• Check party areas for cleanliness and presentation
• Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns
• Verify charges and assist with final payments
• Help maintain party supplies and communicate ordering needs
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with children and families
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable leading and directing a team
• Able to manage several parties and responsibilities at one time
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, or customer service is preferred
• Must be available on weekends, holidays, and during peak party hours
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with party setup and cleanup
