- Lead implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyze client needs and develop and configure SAP technologies for seamless integration
- Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products
- Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP-related projects
- Use ABAP and SAP HANA to enhance system functionality
- Develop and deliver training sessions for SAP application users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business transformation and process improvement opportunities
- Mentor team members and develop SAP technology skills
- Resolve client and team conflicts or issues, escalating when necessary
- Uphold professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
- Motivate, develop, inspire, coach, and manage team performance to deliver on client expectations
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering
- Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Experience utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Team leadership with coaching and feedback
- Complex systems analysis
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as permitted by PwC policy
Demonstrates expertise in leading SAP software implementations and managing client operations, with a strong focus on strategic technology planning, process optimization, and team leadership. Proficient in SAP technologies, including ABAP and SAP HANA, with a commitment to professional standards and client satisfaction.
