First Four Staffing is assisting a client in Gulf Shores, AL, with the search for a full-time Real Estate/Title Attorney.
This is an in-office position.
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Review and resolve title issues
- Prepare, review, and explain closing documents
- Work effectively with lenders, brokers, buyers, and sellers
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws
- Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions and title underwriting requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
- Prior legal experience in residential real estate or a related practice area
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate oversight
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in document review
