Welder

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a heavy‑duty industrial setting. This role involves frequent lifting, basic welding skills, and the ability to work substantial overtime. We have 1st and 2nd shifts available! Candidates with hands‑on experience in MIG or TIG welding—even at a beginner level—are encouraged to apply.

• MIG/TIG welding of metal components
• Threading electrode wire through a portable welding gun
• Welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
• Preparing damaged parts by grooving or scarfing surfaces
• Tacking assemblies together prior to full weld
• Working safely and efficiently in a heavy industrial environment

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to work significant overtime
• Prior welding experience required, but advanced skill is not necessary
• Candidates will complete a welding test
• Comfortable with heavy physical labor
• GED or High School Diploma preferred, but not required
