Corporate Staff Accountant

We're currently seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Office located in Philadelphia, PA. Multi-family Real Estate experience is preferred. This role will have a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and record journal entries

* Prepare and analyze account reconciliations

* Investigate and provide P&L variance explanations against budget and prior periods

* Quarterly duties include gathering and preparing data for SEC filings, including but not limited to 10-Q and 10-K

* Assist with quarterly review and annual audit requests

* Research and provide detailed explanations to auditor questions

* Assist in approving payable invoices to ensure proper coding

* Ad hoc and other special projects as assigned by management
