Whether you're a sharp Staff Accountant ready to level up, or a Senior Staff Accountant who's outgrown a slower-moving company, this role can flex to meet you where you are — with responsibility (and comp) that scales accordingly. • General ledger — reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close, with increasing autonomy as you prove it out.
• AP and/or AR processes end to end, not just process transactions someone else designed.
• Dig into discrepancies and trends yourself — we want people who investigate, not just flag and forward.
• Support audit and tax prep as a real point of contact, not a document-fetcher.
• Find the broken process and fix it — ERP optimization, better controls, tighter procedures.
• Work directly with leadership on ad-hoc analysis that actually shapes decisions.

• A Bachelor's in Accounting and 2–6+ years of progressively responsible experience — the range is wide on purpose.
• Excel fluency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, real analysis, not just formatting cells).
• ERP experience — Net Suite, SAP, Dynamics, or Oracle;
  Net Suite is a plus.
• An eye for the detail everyone else missed, and the accountability to own it when something slips.
• CPA candidacy or active pursuit of licensure is a plus
• Bonus points if you've worked in hyper-growth, manufacturing, or e-commerce — and extra bonus points if you're genuinely into cars.
