Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary Opportunity)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify an Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced accounting environment.

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner
• Support month-end closing activities, including AP reporting and accruals
• Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices and payments
• Assist with mail distribution and general administrative support for the accounting team

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable or relevant accounting experience
• Experience with invoice processing and vendor management preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
