We're partnering with a leading consulting organization seeking Accounting and Finance professionals to support clients through complex business and finance initiatives.
Examples of project work include:
- SEC reporting and public company readiness
- Technical accounting and GAAP implementation
- IPOs, carve-outs, and transaction support
- M&A integration and finance transformation
- SOX compliance and internal controls
- Financial close optimization and process improvement
- FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives
- Exposure to a variety of industries and business challenges
- Direct interaction with CFOs, Controllers, and executive leadership teams
- Long-term client engagements with meaningful ownership and impact
- Strong compensation structure, bonus potential, and career advancement opportunities
- Continuous learning and professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA or actively pursuing certification
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
