I'm partnering with a growing, vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment and management firm in the Philadelphia area that is looking to add a Controller to its leadership team.
This is more than a traditional accounting role—it's a succession opportunity with a clear path to Director of Finance and ultimately CFO
.
- $120K–$140K base + 10% bonus (paid annually for the past 8 years)
- Hybrid schedule (4 days in the office)
- Excellent work/life balance
- Manage and mentor a team of four
- Work directly with senior leadership and Asset Management
- Exposure to property accounting, fund accounting, budgeting, treasury, valuations, and financial reporting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Public accounting and/or private industry experience
- Multifamily or property accounting preferred
- Fund accounting experience is a plus
- CPA preferred but not required
