- Review complex C corporation, S corporation, and partnership income tax returns
- Provide strategic planning and advise clients on federal and state compliance issues
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Conduct constructive discussions with team members on evaluations and provide counsel
- Serve as an instructor or discussion leader in professional development programs
- Seek and develop new clients and business
- Build a strong team while working alongside seasoned CPAs and industry leaders
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license, or Master of Science in Taxation
- 8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting firm
- Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
- Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
