Our client, a well known nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to take ownership of payroll as the organization separates its Payroll and HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll process accurately and on schedule
• Handle payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting responsibilities
• Partner with HR and Accounting as payroll responsibilities transition into a separate function
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Previous payroll and payroll accounting experience
• Experience with Beyond Pay required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage payroll
• Collaborative personality and strong communication skills
