TEAM Dandy is looking for a Pricebook Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting TEAM!

In this role, you'll become a go-to resource for our Pricebook system while working closely with teams across the company to support pricing, promotions, rebates, inventory, reporting, and more. If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and finding ways to make processes better, this could be a great opportunity for you!

As our Pricebook Analyst, you'll play an important role in keeping the systems and information behind our stores running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as a
  Pricebook subject matter expert
  , supporting the system and its users.
• Create and maintain rebate parameters, monitor payments, and reconcile activity to the general ledger.
• Partner with Category Managers to stay up to date on company rebate programs and terms.
• Communicate with vendors to investigate invoice exceptions, resolve discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
• Assist with the preparation and testing of
  new store promotions
  .
• Support inventory reconciliations and variance analysis while working with our inventory auditing partner.
• Oversee reporting and analysis of Market Basket/Market Link data.
• Help develop and implement new Pricebook and inventory processes and procedures.
• Look for opportunities to make current processes
  more efficient and effective
  .
• Assist with additional accounting, general ledger, and operational needs as needed.

Our ideal candidate is organized, analytical, comfortable working with numbers and systems, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and outside partners.

Qualifications include:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and work within Accounting/Finance software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Three years of related experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
