Accounting & Operations Manager

CENTURY 21 Realty Solutions Alaska Group in Wasilla seeks an Accounting & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day financials and office operations for a dynamic real estate brokerage. This role oversees general ledger, AP/AR, commissions, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting while improving processes that support agents and leadership. Partner with the Broker/Owner on cash flow, compliance, and vendor management, and ensure smooth office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and commission processing for the brokerage.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership.
• Streamline and document accounting and office operations processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and expense control initiatives.
• Supervise and support administrative staff in day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with Broker/Owner and leadership on financial planning and business decisions.
• Maintain accurate transaction records for residential, land, and commercial deals.
• Support agents with commission, billing, and transaction-related accounting questions.
