If you are looking to work at a dynamic University as an Administrative Coordinator you might be the highly skilled candidate, we are looking for! The ideal Administrative Coordinator position is for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment support the Executive Director as well as maintain various administrative responsibilities which requires strong writing skills and high proficiency in MS Office Suite.
This Administrative Coordinator role is a contract position located in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
What you get to do every single day:
- Coordination of calendar
- Responsible for booking travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
- Screen calls and route them accordingly in a timely fashion
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate staff coverage for the front desk
- Track contracts through the approval process and provide updates
- Track and submit timesheets to payroll for all staff
- Track inventory and submit supply orders
- Responsible for expense reporting
- Submit and track maintenance requests
- Collaborating with HR on onboarding of student staff
- Managing and drafting communications
-Prepare and proofread standard documents, forms, memos, and letters.
- Liaising with vendors and maintaining vendor relationships
- Assisting with testing administration/scheduling/excuses/absences
Requirements
Other requirements for the Administrative Coordinator position include and are not limited to:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Preferred experience in higher education
- Experience with both MS Office Suite + Google Suite is required
- Experience with Banner is highly preferred
- Must be self-motivated, active listener, and a high level of positivity
- Must be tech savvy
