** Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Distribution Coordinator** . The  
** Distribution Coordinator
** is responsible for the coordination of clinical supply distribution across customer portfolio

* The Role:

*
* + Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial material to clinical sites; including coordinating with Import / Export Coordinator and Distribution Project Coordinator with international order processing and documentation preparation.

+ Process orders, assemble folders (on-site and offshore generated).

+ Audit folders for accuracy against customer requests and source documentation; including ensure coding for billing is accurate

+ Run business Intelligence reports to understand schedule pipeline.

+ Support same day, 24 hour, 48 hour, bulk, sample, Just-in-Time order requests.

+ Responsible for 95% completion of work to floor the day before and adhere to shift processing expectations set by supervisor.

+ Anticipate and rectify distribution problems (operational, system, process, technology).

+ Coordinate with Distribution Project Coordinators and distribution execution group (Material Handlers, Shipping Associates) to resolve operational and document related issues.

+ Enter Right First Time data entries to track and trend downtime codes.

+ Maintain distribution group mailbox and associated documentation in alignment with GxPstandards.

+ Support / Review Commercial (proforma) Invoice templates in conjunction with Distribution Project Coordinators.

+ Support investigations and resolve customer issues related to distribution.

+ Other duties as assigned

** The Candidate:*
* + High School Degree required with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant industry experience preferred. Associates Degree preferred.

+ ERP system experience; JD Edwards preferred

+ At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a cGMP regulated environment is preferred.
