Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Provide general office administration, including processing incoming and outgoing mail such as checks, stock certificates, tax forms, and document scanning;
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for team members;
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, answer phones, and support daily administrative operations;
Organize and coordinate internal meetings, recruiting events, and external client events, including booking conference rooms, ordering catering, printing materials, and greeting visitors;
Liaise with building management and internal departments to ensure seamless office operations
