Job Description Summary
The purpose of the position is to fill in essential functions of an administrative assistant. Main responsibilities are processing reimbursements, managing outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms. Other tasks include assistance with organizing symposia/seminars with outside speakers, coordinating food delivery, purchasing, and other day
-to-day administrative tasks. This position is expected to be on-site/in-person.

Qualifications
High School Grad/GE Degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Preferred:
Must have strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills; the ability to coordinate several tasks/projects concurrently is essential. Willingness to learn is an asset.
