What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, file maintenance, and communication facilitation
- Triage and input IT Tech Support requests, coordinating with the mailroom for shipments
- Draft, edit, and enter time in Intapp software while running matter reports from Net Docs
- Assist with logistical operations, including conference room reservations and travel arrangements
- Undertake confidential work and participate in team meetings as required
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Up to one year of experience performing basic office and clerical duties, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a law firm or professional service organization
- Familiarity with software such as Big Hand, Service Now, and Intapp
