Job SummaryThe Brandywine Heights Area School District is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time 12-Month Administrative Assistant to the Elementary Principal. Seeking a cheerful, customer-service oriented team member to assist in the efficient operation of the Elementary School office. Duties include a variety of routine administrative support functions as well as daily interaction with students, families, and staff which requires professionalism when communicating with all customer groups.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms. Must be an able communicator with superior organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide routine administrative support functions to the Elementary Principal.
- Interact daily with students, families, and staff requiring professional communication.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Full time, 8 hours per day, 12-month position (260 days/year).
- Position begins immediately upon completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Starting salary $35,880 ($17.25 per hour), based on experience.

The Brandywine Heights Area School District serves nearly 1,250 students in grades pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade at three school sites.
