Campaign Finance Intern

The Campaign Finance Intern works in-person in our offices alongside our current Compliance Associates and Assistants to complete the daily tasks associated with oversight and compliance for our clients. This position reports to the firm's Compliance Assistants and Associates.

Core responsibilities include:

• Pick up client mail and donations
• Assist with client data entry and bank deposits
• Help prepare and edit campaign finance reports
• Compose and mail out compliance correspondence
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Associates, Managers, and President

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet strict deadlines
• Willingness to take initiative
• Commitment to supporting progressive causes
• Commitment to working within a diverse and inclusive workspace

Compensation and benefits:

Salary range: $20hr with a maximum of 20 hours a week. Professional development opportunities. We also offer academic credit and are members of the SEPTA and DC Smart Benefits program. There are no health benefits associated with this position.

This is a part-time, on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA.
