Our client, a prominent educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Mailroom Support Clerk to join their team. As a Mailroom Support Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Mail and Packages Services team, supporting the busy move-in period. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to succeed and contribute positively to the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday 8 week job assignment

What's the Job?

• Assist with receiving and processing student packages during the move-in period
• Lift and move packages weighing up to 50lbs with support from the Mail Services team
• Support the delivery of mail around campus as needed
• Ensure accurate handling and documentation of packages and mail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Must complete MCS compliance package and Child Abuse clearance check
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
