Office Manager
You will manage the day-to-day operations that keep our team productive and our workplace running smoothly. From coordinating visitors and planning company events to stocking the kitchen and ordering equipment, your role will be diverse and dynamic. You will be the go-to person for solving the random challenges that arise in a startup environment. While you may occasionally support leadership with administrative projects or recruiting logistics, your primary focus will be on creating an organized, efficient, and enjoyable office experience for the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, handle office supplies, and manage facilities and office services.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel and company events.
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and budgeting tasks.
- Support onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and assist with basic HR functions.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in office management, office administration, executive administration, or administrative leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
