POSITION SUMMARY
:
Responsible for department records at the county warehouse facility. Manage the intake and delivery of files, film, fiche, and other types of records to and from the main office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Proficiently perform all duties required of the Clerk of Courts staff with respect to the storage and retrieval of documents, files and other methods of stored documents.
- Respond to requests for documents, files, etc. in an efficient manner.
- Keep sections of the storage facility (warehouse) which are dedicated to Clerk of Courts office clean and organized.
- Destroy documents, files, etc. in accordance with state retention laws and guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Clerk of Courts, 1st Deputy or 2nd Deputy.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
:
- High School Graduate
- Ability to work independently
