Examplesof duties
This position helps support the daily operations of the Temporary Clerical Pool by assisting agencies with important clerical tasks. The work requires accuracy, communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service. As a Limited-Term Clerk, you will perform the following duties:
- Customer Support: Assist citizens and staff by providing helpful and accurate information
- Clerical Tasks: Complete office duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Record Updates: Maintain accurate information in systems and reports
- Assignment Coordination: Support temporary staffing needs across agencies
- Service Excellence: Ensure tasks are handled professionally and with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- One year of experience using Microsoft software products
- One year of customer service experience
- One year of clerical experience
- Limited-term, full-time employment
- Work hours vary between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
