We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to join a contract position supporting teams located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks in a busy office setting. The person in this role will help review paper records, coordinate with department leaders on document retention decisions, and assist with digitizing important files for ongoing access and storage.

Here's how you'll contribute each day:

• Review physical records and documents across multiple departments to support organized file management efforts.
• Partner with department managers to identify which materials should be preserved, scanned, or securely discarded.
• Prepare, sort, and scan paper files to create accurate digital copies for recordkeeping purposes.
• Perform general clerical support, including filing, document handling, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Answer inbound calls and provide front-desk or receptionist support as needed.
• Maintain clear organization of records to ensure materials are easy to locate and process.
• Follow established procedures for handling sensitive documents with care and confidentiality.
