This position supports the processing and maintenance of vehicle and disability placard records while assisting customers with accurate information and resolutions. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties:
- Record Research:
Review inquiries and documentation to verify records and determine correct actions - Phone Communication:
Respond to calls from customers and partners and provide information on vehicle and placard matters - Discrepancy Handling:
Investigate electronic messages and resolve issues by completing needed processing steps - Record Updates:
Update and correct vehicle and disability placard records based on forms, statements and research - Priority Processing:
Complete high priority record tasks received from customers, mail or leadership offices - Special Case Work:
Review and process unique record situations such as duplicate VIN issues or secure documents

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

- One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
