Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front desk operations located in the Greater Philadelphia, Region. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, assisting residents and visitors, and keeping administrative tasks organized. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact at the front desk while helping ensure smooth communication and efficient office support.

Here's how you'll contribute each day:

- Welcome residents, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner upon arrival.

- Manage the visitor sign-in process and provide clear direction to the appropriate destination or contact.

- Respond to routine resident inquiries and escalate more complex questions to the General Manager when needed.

- Handle front desk communications, including receiving messages and sharing important information accurately.

- Complete clerical and administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.

- Maintain a tidy, well-organized reception area that reflects a positive experience for residents and visitors.

Requirements

Other requirements for the a Front Desk Coordinator position include and are not limited to:

- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is required.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and staff.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with basic clerical duties and general office procedures.

- Experience in hospitality or property management is preferred.
