Construction Administrator
Working hours:
8am–4pm PSTCandidate Location & Salary Ranges:
- Philippines: $1,700 to $2,500 /mo
- Latin America: $2,500–$3,300/mo
The Construction Administrator assists the Project Team in attaining the project goals which include coordinating and accomplishing the administrative, financial, legal and clerical requirements for the project. The Construction Administrator is expected to administer the assembly and issuance of subcontract agreements, purchase orders and change orders.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities- Demonstrate ability to support multiple projects (2-3) totaling approximately.
- Assist with the creation and management of all subcontract agreements, purchase orders, subcontractor change orders and owner-contractor change orders.
- Ability to work with project management software programs such as Procore.
- Collect and input invoicing and all other supporting documentation, subcontractor and vendor lien releases and insurance certificates required in preparing and submitting construction lender payment requests.
- Maintain project records and files.
- Provide writing, editing, and documentation preparation support i.e. Procore documentation, & etc.
- Track and assist in the processing of all safety and incident reports.
- Track all subcontractor requirements including licensing, sales and use tax filing, insurance and financials.
- 3+ years experience as a Construction Administrator (CA)
- Strong Excel and tech proficiency
- Fluent English
- Ability to handle pre-construction, compliance, payment apps, and closeout phases
- Willing to learn platforms like Pro Core.
- Must be comfortable with remote tools and keeping the camera on during formal meetings
- Associate’s degree or two years direct experience in performing the duties described above.
- Ability to use a personal computer and have a working knowledge of Word, and Excel. Experience in using Procore.
- Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
