Pep Boys - Up to $38.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair automotive systems to specifications (brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition/electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems).;
Lead and mentor shop team to drive customer care and satisfaction.;
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and non-mechanical staff.;
Maintain an organized, safe shop and adhere to company safety policies.;
Continuously learn new automotive technologies and assist fellow technicians as needed.
