Position: Business Development Associate (Operations and Execution)

Overview

Most consulting firms stop at giving advice. At B Alan Growth Partners, we help organizations install and execute business development systems that drive sustainable growth. I am looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-minded operator to help me manage these systems.

This is not a hype role. You will be working alongside me to ensure our 5P Model is executed with precision. This model blends clarity, discipline, and relationship-driven execution to build measurable momentum.

What You Will Do

You will be the engine behind our growth systems. Your goal is to maintain momentum across these core areas:

  • Position: Clarify market position and core messaging so outreach resonates.
  • Prepare: Organize outreach lists and relationship maps while setting up repeatable systems.
  • Prospect: Execute a relationship-first outreach cadence across multiple channels to open quality conversations.
  • Pursue: Lead conversations that create clarity and ensure opportunities advance with defined progress.
  • Persist and Progress: Maintain long-term relationships and a consistent communication rhythm to stay top-of-mind.
  • Optimize: Drive ongoing optimization and iteration of the system.

  • An Operator: You find satisfaction in a clean CRM and a repeatable system. You prefer practical results over motivational fluff.
  • A Clear Communicator: You can take a complex value thesis and turn it into a direct, respectful message.
  • Relationship-Driven: You understand that business development is about opening quality conversations.
  • Disciplined: You show up, execute the cadence, and provide transparent visibility into pipeline health.
