Professional Development Operations Scheduler; Contractor

• Coordinate and execute logistics for professional development sessions using Salesforce
• Respond promptly to internal and external scheduling requests with accuracy
• Gather and confirm event logistics, escalating any gaps in collaboration with team members
• Maintain and update customer and session information according to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless delivery of professional development sessions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Salesforce or a similar internal business system
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or professional environment
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, support, or success roles
• Prior scheduling or logistics experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data across multiple internal systems
• Understanding of educational products or services
